I said I would never have a care team around my son, but I realise the way Spotlight manage the staff keeps me totally involved in his care.  After 26 years involving others in his care has been the hardest thing I have ever had to do but XXXX has been involved in activities I could never have dreamed he would be because of his disabilities. His life has been enriched so much.
